PJET prepares for an increase in income after student housing

Dallas, Texas, April 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Priority Aviation, Inc. (OTC Pink: PJET) (“PJET”) today confirmed plans to launch its student housing application (APP) by owner (SHBO) later this month.

PJET will release a shareholder update in conjunction with the upcoming 2021 annual report. The update will include details on the plan to evolve the SHBO app into an Amazon-like global marketplace serving 500 million university students in the world. The update will outline the company’s revenue model for the APP.

Overall, the update will serve as a progress report and update to the presentation of the company’s 2022 strategic overview released in January this year showcasing the soon to be launched Student Accommodation by Owner (SHBO) Application (APP).

The SHBO APP is a proprietary technology custom-designed by PJET that will drive the value of on-balance sheet intellectual property and generate revenue. PJET is gaining hands-on experience in the student life market by investing in the construction and operation of a multi-unit student residence serving a small university in Texas. The building will add value to balance sheet assets and generate revenue in addition to providing a real-time data source for the continued development and evolution of the SHBO application.

PJET has also partnered with Alternet Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink: ALYI) on a pilot program to bring ALYI electric motorcycles and scooters to college campuses. The shareholder update to be released in conjunction with the 2021 annual reports will include an update on the project with ALYI.

PJET will file an extension today and file the 2021 Annual Report with the extension deadline.
