Pogea Racing’s Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG is what the GT 63 should have been

The 9×20-inch front and 10×20-inch rear wheels complete the design, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S 255/30 and 285/25 tires, respectively. Height adjustable springs signed by KW are part of the package, contributing to the improved stance and improved handling, and the coated tailpipes and matte gray tone, with copper pigments, complete the makeover on the exterior.

Benefiting from two subwoofers, hidden under the trunk floor, along with amplifiers and other similar components, the audio is linked to a 12.5-inch diagonal Android touchscreen. The system supports music and video streaming, has Wi-Fi and is connected to two dash cameras. Elsewhere, the cabin looks as sleek as it did when the car rolled off the assembly line, with black leather wrapped around most tactile surfaces and the usual comfort and tech amenities.

Now, we’ve already mentioned that the tuned CLS 63 AMG has the grunt to match its looks, but what horsepower are we looking at? That would represent 742 hp (732 hp / 546 kW) and 1,114 Nm (822 lb-ft) of torque, compared to 585 hp (577 hp / 430 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of the standard model. To achieve these numbers, Pogea Racing upgraded the 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine with improved cooling, modified turbos and ECU remap, and a few other things, claiming that with everything running the car did 204 mph (329 km / h) as reported by the third-party device. The owner is said to have lifted the throttle after this.
